The Sehrrun is a model of robot designed by the Kai. In their ongoing fight with the Miktai, the Kai developed a series of bipedal robots inspired by their Mayleen allies. Despite their outstanding technology and innovative weapons platforms, the Kai have nonetheless failed in their war on the Miktai. Their homeworld of Eldrun has been overrun by the Miktai's supersoldier Serentoids. It is probably because of the Serentoids neural technology that the Kai robots worked so ineffectually.
As a group of synthesoid informationalists, the Kai are able to integrate themselves more intimately with robots of their own design. As a result, the Sehrrun moves extremely fluidly. It carries a single begah explosive launcher and a pair of experimental wave expanders. These prototypes work by sending a small sound beam out to a targeted robot, then firing a second disrupting beam through this that reacts violently with the first beam to produce energy echoes within the enemy's force shield system. As the force shield system is forced to reboot, the enemy can be attacked with the begah explosives.
